Each repair claim carries up to 1 m² of repair area. Spend it on one large patch, or split it across separate damages — up to 4 on Care and 8 on Care Plus and Total Care — in any mix that adds up to 1 m² or less.

Care includes up to 3 service requests a year with up to 4 repairs in each (12 repairs a year). Care Plus includes 4 requests with up to 8 repairs each (32 a year), and Total Care 5 requests with up to 8 repairs each (40 a year). Both counters reset when your subscription renews.

You enter the width and height for each damage as you add it. Laying an A4 sheet (30 × 21 cm) or a standard pen (15 cm) beside the damage before you photograph it gives us a scale reference to check the measurement against.

The repairs themselves are covered by your membership. Each maintenance visit carries a $39 service fee covering scheduling, travel and administration. If a job runs past what your plan covers, you get member pricing on the extra work and we quote it before anything starts.

Yes — cancel from the repair's detail screen up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

Yes. Each property carries its own plan, and the multi-property discount applies automatically per property as you add more to your account.

Through Stripe. Choose weekly, monthly or yearly at sign-up, change or cancel from your profile, and every invoice stays in your account.
